In order to receive the Services (as defined below) from PingOcean LLP through the RingApp application, as well as other software or website, your consent to the terms of service ("Rules") is required. You confirm that you agree to the Terms when you install the application, register a new account and access the RingApp application, other PingOcean LLP software, or access the website.

PingOcean LLP (“PingOcean” or “We”) offers users the opportunity to receive cash rewards for making test calls using the RingApp application to improve the quality of communication provided by telecom operators and reduce the amount of fraud and spam on telecommunication networks.

The main and final goal of creating the Services is to improve the quality of services of mobile operators and reduce the level of fraud in telecommunication networks.

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy govern your use of the Services. By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

Personal data

We are strongly committed to the security of providing the Services and protecting the personal information of users. RingApp's Privacy Policy describes how We collect, use, transfer and process personal information, and you acknowledge and agree that RingApp may collect, use, transfer and process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

The account in the Service is your unique identifier and represents your phone number and is stored only for use by the Service.

To create a RingApp account, you will need to provide us with your phone number, which will be used to receive a verification code via SMS to use the Services. You agree to receive text messages and phone calls (from us or third party service providers) with codes to register with the Services.

Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the Services in accordance with Google Play policies. In addition to the minimum age required to use the Services, your parent or guardian may represent you when using the Services on your behalf.

You are responsible for protecting unauthorized access to your RingApp account. You must immediately notify us of any security breaches that you become aware of, or any unauthorized use of your account.

Services

PingOcean provides users with the following Services:

· Services for making calls from and to your phone number in accordance with the test tasks set by the patented analytical logic to achieve the main goal of the Service. All calls will certainly be reflected in the call list of your device.

· A test task is considered completed if the task is completed exactly in accordance with the established rules and schedule, and the call information has been transmitted to PingOcean. The completed test tasks are paid in accordance with the established RingApp reward rates.

· You may invite others to use the Service and receive additional set RingApp rewards when that new user starts using the Service.

· You can suggest improvements for the Services by rating RingApp on Google Play.

Rules for each task or for a group of tasks are established in order to make the Service more beneficial for users and to achieve the main goal of the RingApp application. The rules can be changed if necessary to change the number and combination of calls. You must follow the Rules to use the Services.

To receive the Services, you need to use certain digital devices and software, as well as make payments according to the established tariffs for data transmission and voice calls on your telecommunications network. You agree to manually or automatically download and install RingApp updates to use the Services. You also agree to receive pop-up notifications when necessary to provide the Services.

You are responsible for the data and voice call plans you use, Internet charges and other fees and taxes associated with your use of the Services.

Rights and obligations

PingOcean grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to receive the Services for your personal, commercial use. You are not permitted to use RingApp on any device that you do not own or control. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, source, modify, or create other versions of the PingOcean software applications, RingApp applications, any updates or any part thereof (unless and only to the extent the above limitation prohibited by applicable law or to the extent explicitly permitted by these Terms, or may be permitted by the licensing terms governing the use of any open source components included in the PingOcean software applications, RingApp application).

You are not granted any rights to use the PingOcean and RingApp name, trademarks or other commercial symbols. All rights not expressly granted to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions remain with PingOcean.

Support service

PingOcean is committed to providing effective technical support, updates and changes to the Service. PingOcean reserves the right to limit or discontinue support, release updates and the right to make any changes to its own software.

You can contact PingOcean at info@pingocean.com to report any violation or violation of your rights by users of the Services.

Obligations and limitations of the user

You must only access and use the Services for lawful, authorized and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or help others to use) the Services in a manner that: (a) violates, misuses or violates the rights of PingOcean, users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property or other proprietary rights; (b) transfer information to third parties that may be found to be illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or inciting or encouraging behavior that would be illegal or otherwise inappropriate, including the promotion of violent crimes; (c) publish false information, misrepresentation, or misleading statements; (d) impersonate another person; (e) send illegal or inappropriate messages such as bulk messages, automatic messages, automatic dialing, etc .; (f) it was related to any non-personal use of the Services, unless otherwise authorized by PingOcean.

Harming PingOcean or users. You must not yourself (or help others) directly, indirectly, by automatic or other means, obtain, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare other versions, distribute, license, sublicense, transmit, demonstrate, perform or otherwise use Services in unacceptable or unauthorized ways, or in ways that burden, degrade or harm us, the Services, systems, users or others, including the fact that you will not, directly or by automatic means: (a) reengineer, change, modify create derivative works, decompile or extract code from the Services; (b) send, store or transmit viruses or other malicious software code through the Services; (c) obtain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; (d) interfere with or disrupt the safety, security or operation of the Services; (e) create accounts for the Services by unauthorized or automated means; (f) collect information about or about users in any inappropriate or unauthorized manner; (g) sell, resell, rent or charge for the Services in an unauthorized manner; (h) distribute or make the Services available over a network where they can be used by multiple devices at the same time, except as permitted by tools that We have provided directly through the Services; or (i) create software or APIs that function in the same way as the Services and offer them for use by third parties in an unauthorized manner.

You agree not to dispute PingOcean's rights or otherwise attempt to assert any rights to the Services, other than those expressly granted in accordance with these Rules. You agree to use the Services only to the extent that this is expressly permitted by these Rules.

You agree not to use the Services in an attempt to circumvent the normal operation of the Services, increase payments or bonuses, fraudulent or deceptive methods in an effort to circumvent the principles of providing the Services or compete with Us in accordance with the following:

- If the received test task was performed not in accordance with the established rules and was repeated more than 3 times, as well as in the case of illegal, unauthorized, unacceptable use of the Services by the user, PingOcean LLP has the right to block the User Account with or without prior notification and change the internal balance the user's RingApp.

- We do not reimburse for test calls longer than 1 minute. Be sure to drop the call before the specified time in any situation.

Ownership

The Services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. PingOcean and its licensors retain ownership of the Services and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade names, database rights, and patents. You are only granted a limited right to use the Services subject to these Terms and no intellectual property rights will be deemed to have been transferred or licensed to you, except as provided herein.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PINGOCEAN MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO THE SERVICE, QUALITY, EFFICIENCY, EFFICIENCY THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND YOU AGREE THAT THE SERVICES ARE USED AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

You understand and acknowledge that the Services may not be available for a period of time, and that PingOcean will not be responsible for your inability to use the Services for any reason.

PingOcean makes no guarantees or representations that the Services are available for use in any particular location. To the extent that you choose to access and use the Services, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with any applicable laws related to such access and use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT PINGOCEAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES TO THE WITHDRAWAL APPLICATIONS OF THE USE OR ILLEGAL USE OF THE SERVICE, even if informed of the possibility of such losses. In particular, PingOcean is not responsible for any information stored or processed within the Service, including the cost of recovering such information. Your only right or remedy with respect to any problems or dissatisfaction with the Services is to uninstall the PingOcean Apps and RingApp in particular, and stop using the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for any liability that cannot necessarily be limited or excluded by law, including any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Termination of use of the Services

Your right to use the Services remains until the termination of these Terms. PingOcean may terminate the Rules and your use of the Services at any time without prior notice. You can terminate the Terms at any time by uninstalling the PingOcean apps and stopping your use of the Services. These Rules automatically terminate if you do not comply with them. Upon any failure to comply with the Terms, you agree to stop using the Services.

Call pricing

By performing tasks in accordance with the Rules, PingOcean agrees to transfer all the results of the execution of test tasks by RingApp users to telecom operators under the conditions and prices that apply to PingOcean or its partners during the conclusion of the contract.

PingOcean reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to establish a Test Call Fee (as defined below) and the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to adjust any such Test Call Fee up or down to conduct temporary advertising campaigns covering all or some of the Tasks, create packages and set prices for such campaigns, packages, etc. at your discretion.

Call charges

For any duly performed test tasks (as defined below) performed by RingApp users, PingOcean agrees to pay a specific price stipulated for the respective RingApp tasks (the “Fee”). The types of commission are as follows:

- Call compensation without duration

- Compensation for a call with a duration, which consists of the cost of the call in accordance with the tariff of the telecom operator and additional remuneration.

- Call charges (excluding applicable value added tax on them) can be set and changed by PingOcean at any time before the actual transfer of this test problem to the user.

Additional terms and changes

Because PingOcean provides the Services globally, additional Terms of Service may apply to users in certain jurisdictions and in such cases will be available in the applications and incorporated herein.

PingOcean may change the Services at any time, for example by adding or removing features or discontinuing the Services. PingOcean also reserves the right to change these Rules at any time by providing the revised Rules to the user or by posting the revised Rules in the Services and Applications. In case of significant changes, the user should always be notified of this and should be able to immediately stop using the Services. The revised Rules come into force from the moment of such publication or notification of the user. You will always find the latest version of this Policy at this page. Any further use of the Services by you following the posting or notification of the revised Rules constitutes your acceptance of the revised Rules.

Legislation

These Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree that any legal action or proceeding may be initiated exclusively in competent courts, tribunals having jurisdiction in London, Great Britain, as well as in PingOcean, and you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of such courts, tribunals.
